Early education shapes far more than academic ability—it shapes a child's inner world.
As the Principal of La Escuela Galaxia, and as someone deeply rooted in the field of psychology, I have always believed that early education shapes far more than academic ability—it shapes a child's inner world. In these formative years, children develop their sense of safety, belonging, confidence, and self-worth. The experiences they carry from this stage often become the quiet voice within them as they grow.
At Galaxia, I see every child as a whole individual—with emotions, strengths, sensitivities, and a unique way of understanding the world. When children feel genuinely heard and seen, they begin to trust, express themselves freely, and build healthy self-belief. In today's fast-paced world, a school must feel steady and warm. That is why emotional well-being is woven into our daily life at Galaxia. Alongside strong academics, we nurture empathy, resilience, and meaningful social connections, helping each child refine their individuality rather than moulding them into sameness.
Academics are important, and we uphold high standards in learning. But equally important is raising emotionally steady and socially aware individuals. When our children leave Galaxia, my hope is that they step into the world not only as capable learners, but as grounded human beings—able to understand their feelings, relate to others with empathy, and face challenges with resilience.
At its heart, La Escuela Galaxia is a place where childhood is protected, individuality is honoured, and growth is guided with care. It is a journey that shapes futures quietly and meaningfully, leaving behind not just education, but lifelong memories of being valued and loved.
Leading Galaxia is not just an administrative role for me. It is personal. It is purposeful. Every single day, we remain committed to nurturing both the minds and the hearts of the children entrusted to us.
